Short, succinct and to the point.
A great intro to GDPR which is presented clearly and succinctly. It only takes 38 minutes and everyone who uses a PC or handles paper records should complete it.

Clear and well structured
Good signposting. Useful to offer additional resources on the side, enabling course to run in a relatively short time (~40 mins). The small number of case studies were useful (not least to break up the flow) so perhaps consider adding a couple more.

Clear and informative
The presenter was probably the best I’ve come across. He held my attention by his clear speech and his effective eye contact. The content was incisive with few if any statements superfluous. I wish that all courses were as good. The only reason for the four not five star rating was that it took me 85 minutes not the stated 45 minutes to complete. I find this with many online courses and it’s annoying when you’re trying to plan your time effectively. I achieved 100% so perhaps it’s possible to complete it quicker to achieve the required 60%, but I don’t think so.
