Good basic introduction to GDPR
Good basic intro but not at depth needed for staff who use and process individual data as a key part of their role. For my team it would be helpful to look more in depth particularly around prospect researching and wealth screening of our database.
One serious flaw
One point of serious concern – definition of Personal Data does not quite align with GDPR Art.4 (1) "‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’);" That means the data itself does not have to be identifying the person, but only related to the person. Consider example of Special Category (Health) data – such as data subject has HIV, this in no way identifies the person, but is hugely significant data. The definition of personal data given is that of the US system of PII (Personally Identifying Information). It is radically different. This definition is not changed between EU and UK versions of GDPR.

Good
Helped alot
An easy to follow learning tool
very detailed course. I would have liked to see a few mini test questions at the end of each section just to reinforce the core points of that section before the final test questions
It’s awesome
