Easy to follow and learn
Easy to follow and understand. Well explained with good examples/analogies to help the learner grasp the regulations in a simplified and memorable way.

concise and logical training that makes GDPR easier to understand
Overall good
Overall good but a little wordy for support staff and not enough examples of how GDPR could be accidently violated by support staff. Whether talking in a cafe about a supported person, Microsoft Teams being left open and phone left on bus etc.
Just one issue
there was one point at which the question was on the video and only the possible responses on the slide. Would be useful to have the question repeated on the slide

A lot to absorb
I found the course easy to follow but there is a lot of information to absorb however the logical progression of sections is very helpful.
Straightforward & simple to understand.
The course is clear & concise. The questions are helpful to ensure that everything has been taken in & understood correctly.
