Very succinct and to the point
Very succinct and to the point. There were options to go deeper into the detail, but this didn’t appear to distract from the key points that were well and clearly put.
Thorough
The training was thorough – I did think there were a couple of questions I wasn't sure about and had to think back to how it had been covered in the videos which was confusing but on the whole it was very thorough and precise and easy to understand and follow.

Lots of new information broken down into small sections that is easy to understand, with lots of additional material, which I have copies into a word document for reference.
Excellent, clear, user friendly
I have always struggled with training courses. Often they are unclear, the pace too fast, overheads difficult to view and the setting uncomfortable. Your courses meet all of my needs and doing them at my own pace and in the comfort of my home I learn more and gain so much more from the experience. Thank you so much for making them so enjoyable and hopefully we will receive more for our organisation.

Informative and interactive
Was informative and interactive which made you listen and being part of the presentation was enjoyable. It was short, punchy and to the point so the timing was just about right. The guy was a bit beige but I suppose you don’t want to be distracted by a flamboyant presenter.
