Good informitive course. Had a problem getting on the course at first, as im not very good with computers, so rang helpline but was after working hour,managed to get on the course without any help and completed the course. Was surprised to get a call on the monday ask about the problem i had encounted, told them i had managed, thought it was very good of them to call me back, top rate service
Straight forward, clear and concise
I enjoyed the course. I felt that it was well. Put together and covered all the areas you need to be aware of. It was easy due to the helpful links on each section to go back on.

ok, difficult as it's a dull subject
good coverage of content for what is quite a dull subject, perhaps the use of examples/stories would make it more interesting. You could spread the test questions throughout the different sections to break up the 30+ minutes of presentation.
