Effective and very easy to use
A great Training programme, beautifully presented and easy to use and understand. Alot of info and I even thought "Is this all relevant ?" and I suppose, yes, it is as it needs to cover all departments in the Museum. I could repeat the 1 or 2 sections as necessary which was helpful. Let's have more programmes like this please.

The course was clear and concise
The course was well laid out and presented, with clear and concise information given for each topic. The ability to replay each unit was handy as there were a couple where I felt I needed to repeat them to take in the information. I liked that each unit was only a minute of so long, so when I did feel the information needed repeating I could easily do that without having to search for it in a much longer presentation.

Very Informative, clear and concise
The course was good. I liked that you could work at your own pace as to allow time for note taking. The course was very to the point and not exhaustive. I enjoyed it!
