Refresher

Needs work

Far too many words used where fewer would have been clearer. I couldn't fast forward the vidoes. I also couldn't skip forward to the next video/ "slide" until the previous one was completely finished. I got around this by opening links in new page where I needed move forward. The "Transcript" was the best part of the course.

Brilliant Training

Informative and Clear

Well done and explained in a manner easily understood. Periodic quiz with 15 questions at the end cover the information provided.

Essential for anybody dealing with data

The course was presented in an easy to digest way, explaining the importance of GDPR very well and how to handle personal data. It is an entrance course but will give everybody a good insight into data protection and our responsibilities . Anybody who deals with customer data should take this course to get a better understanding and understand the importance of data protection . .

Very informative, understandable

A good training process, enjoyed it

Short and to the point

Thought this was a well presented training programme for a very dry subject and not too long. Liked the fact you could look at further information after watching sections.

Awful pronunciation

This presenter was worse than the Prevent course presented. Couldn't pronounce 'regulatory' or 'getting'. And it's PRIVacy in British English. Kept spelling the indefinite article 'a' as 'ay ay ay' instead of as in Ago Alive Anew. If going to say ay then say 'ay en' for 'an'. Why 'consult with' and not 'consult' I consulted my doctor. Silly Americanising – speaking of which it's speak TO – I spoke TO him – not with; I consulted him.
