Simply put I would be offended if I was to be asked which pronoun I’d prefer to identify as but I have no issue using the pronoun another prefers if they were to say.

Found training a good refresher to what I already understood about gender identity and expression.

I think overall it was good but could have illustrated some points better with examples. There could have been a bit more explanation about the historical different gender identities in other cultures like two spirit. There could have been a bit more explanation about why some choose not to transition, how difficult and lengthy the process is etc. Potentially could have explained that it is different to transexual which it's sometimes confused with.

This training was very informative and useful.

The course is well-balanced in time and presentation, and gives the best account I've heard so far on issues of sex and gender. The course helped me to gain confidence, thanks to the knowledge acquired. The inclusion of the additional resource of trans woman Sophie addressing a Ted talk in Brighton was simply superb and extremely moving and enlightening. Thank you!
