Very important course learing
A large spectrum of information provided was just enough with this particular course which should be run at least quarterly, mixing up the subject matter. This is particularly important when your hear comments like "That's how I've always done it" Observing "complacency" or "Poor Practice" which could be more effective for an individual growth, avoiding accidents, improving quality and raising the bar.
