Interesting HACCP course
Thorough HACCP course well presented. Not quite as relevant to our business as I'd like as we are a food-safe packaging business, not food, but still very useful. Constructive criticism, I'd like a few more quizzes/questions and for them to be a bit more demanding to really evidence understanding.
