good content, bad implementation
talking is too slow and no option to speed up, having to open each section in a new tab to read the transcript because i can't skip the videos is a pain. adding a speed option to the videos would solve this
Good, clear and thorough presentation
Thorough and concise.
Covered everything clearly
Training was clear and concise. It was put across in such a way as to be relatively easy to remeber.
Very clear, not boring
A very clear, interesting presentation style, good accompanying graphics. I like having a few test questions throughout the presentation. Very good that the training does not have to be done in one go – I usually don't get enough uninterrupted time to do that.
the course deserves 5 stars, the test -3
I have eye sight problems, so audio narration did suit me very well, what if learner is deaf? i come not from British background, so some expressions, used in the language of test questions did put me in confused situation: for example, if you used expression "lower back" in narration, why did you use "short of back" in test? i have never heard of such [removed]and neither did my colleague).

Let me just read the transcript
Unless I missed something I was forced to watch the videos of the entire course, whereas I could have read the transcript in half the time and still got all of the necessary information. The info in here was very much common sense that most people know already and to take nearly an hour of my time was disproportionate to the value!
Very patronising
I requested a DSE assessment from work and had to spend an hour doing this course only for the "DSE assessment" at the end to not include what I actually wanted assessed.
