Thorough, informative and encouraging

Covered a lot of health and safety content in one session.

Good. clear content.

Good, clear and consise content. Visually interesting and held my concentration.

Very informative

The training is helpful in ensuring that homeworking is as safe as it can be, giving practical advice and information on own and employers duties and responsibilities.

Thorough and easy to follow

Patronising, childish, overlong

I would hope no adult needs to be told to stow cables, what to do if there's a fire in their home, or how to call 999. Most of your modules have been decent but this one is just utterly patronising and 90% pointless.

Overall very good

Initially the course felt a bit slow, but I guess better that way than too fast. Minor detail – the fire safety section said we should have smoke alarms in all rooms except the bathroom, and tested once a week. But Tyne and Wear Fire Service, who installed ours, say once on each floor, and test once a month. Still very useful reminders

Very helpful.

This was a very helpful reminder of potential hazards when working at home. It was a good refresher.

Informative and well put together

I found this training informative and well put together. Really useful to have shorter videos to work through rather than one long one. The questions at the end of each section help to reinforce the knowledge gained.

Very informative

This course is a refresher on common sense practice.
