easy to understand and follow

I missed the DSE assessment after being awarded the certificate. Might be worth stating at the beginning of the online learning that there are 3 categories to complete: 1. presentation and a question at the end of each section 2 10 questions 3. DSE Assessment Other than that I really enjoyed it, now off to purchase a fire extinguisher and 3 more fire alarms!!!!!

Too many clicks

Having to click next, then click play every time, was giving me RSI by the end of the training session. Perhaps because I am so familiar to the topic, this made it difficult to stay engaged but it might have been nice to have a change in the voice or more variation of the of the visuals as it felt repetitive.

A useful reminder

The home is a place where you feel safe. H&S in the home is typically forgotten. This can result in being lulled into a false sense of security. The H&S course for Homeworkers is a very useful reminder of all the things that we know and action that we should take (or at least should know and must take). Don't skip through it – this course may save you from injury or even save your life!

Easy to understand

Content was relevant and your format was visually appealing and easy to follow and understand. Gives a clear and well-structured delivery and demonstrates good ability to use visual aids. Additionally to this, it demonstrates a good logical order when presenting ideas not to confuse the audience.

Useful and informative.

Basic but covers all the Essentials

This course does what is says on the tin. Ideal for initial workplace inductions. The course identifies most of the most common health and safety scenarios that might reasonably be encountered both in the office, and at home (i.e. home workers). Those working in more specialised areas, industrial, workshop settings for example, would require additional specialist training.

Whilst useful the presentation was long
