A good reminder
Although the course is a lot of common sense (and the trainer says so from the beginning!), it's quite a good refresher to be sure that you are thinking of all the things you need to remote work. For example, having a buddy if you go places was a useful reminder to me as I often am out doing assessments and meeting potential project groups.

Gave me a great understanding of the importance of considering different aspects when working from home.

Good course, very clear. Would maybe benefit from signposting to sources of support for loneliness and isolation.

Good summary but repeats other courses.
I thought this was a comprehensive summary but long and repeats a lot of other mandatory courses eg. Slips & Trips, Heavy Lifting, DSE, etc.
