Its good to take the time to review what might seem obvious when working from home, its a good overview with a common sense approach, thanks.

Easy to follow
Presenters voice was easy to listen to. Course instructions easy to follow, good to have a recap every now and again, test was quick.

Clear, thorough and informative
Well presented in an engaging and interactive way, enabling information given to be absorbed and retained. The combination of presenters, actors, drawings, diagrams and text was a good balance.
Too long
Far too long. I have lived safely and successfully in my current house for 26 years and raised a family without incident. Salient points applicable to home working could have been covered in 10% of the time
