Course resulted in back pain
I have been working from home since the lockdown in 2020 without issue and have had my office setup for several years. After taking the course I decided to make the adjustment to my seating as highlighted in the training, this lead to developing pain in the low section of my back over a 2 week period. I then reverted my seat to the original position and the pain receded but has not fully gone yet. Following the instruction highlighted in the course has caused me to develop back pain and should not be a used a blanket solution as all chairs may differ.

Informative and clear
The course provided some great information and reminders about some basic things ie laptop screen height, that after working for home for a period of time you forget or don't consider.
