the course has now flow ia it's a number of sections of very short length, so the user is regularly having to click next, wait for the next page to load and click to start the video. Also it refers to legislation and gives phone number that are not applicable outside the UK.

would be better split in half, 30 minutes a lesson/course if it is just listening and watching a slide show. There is no real interaction to keep you engaged.

It provided useful reference information and some information that may be vital in future scenarios. One improvement would be to allow the video to be skipped forward once you've watched it, because if you miss a few words and the video ends before you can skip back, you have to re-watch the whole video.

The training is basic on what you require to work from home but the questions are skewed to particular answers but when there should be more options. For example, the fire question states about what you should do in the event of a fire. The answer only refers to leave the property but has no option about if you are trapped as the outcomes are different. The smoke detector questions answer states that smoke detectors 'ideally should be in every room' but that is not a legal requirement to any building code which is one on each landing. Last item the questions should allow you to click on an answer and then click a confirm to stop miss presses.
