Very helpful course
It raised my awareness of a safe working space at home and the importance of other aspects of home working, e.g. impact on mental health, and how to minimize risks, by buddy systems. Thank you.
It was very useful

Ueful
This training was informative and very relevant. I now feel totally equipped to progress in my new role and remote working. Thank you
Good course
I quite liked the way that the course was divided into short sections. Kept my interest and attention. Information was all relevant and presentation was very clear.
Course repeats what's in DSE course
The course in its own right is very good but, as I had just completed the DSE course earlier in the morning, I was frustrated to have to go through the same DSE issues again for what was perhaps 25% of the content of this different course.
waste of time
In a busy working day, finding the time to be told that I should clear up spills in my own home is not something I need to be trained in, but something which I would naturally do to look after my own home, it is my own prerogative. I therefore found elements of this course to be utterly unnecessary and patronising. I appreciate the need for an employer to ensure that all members of staff share the same knowledge as to training, but I think there are more components than not, to this course, which would benefit from review to make it a more effective use of time. I appreciated however, that the course was broken up into manageable chunks.
Clear, concise and engaging
I found the course to be very well structured. It was nice to see the videos in small chunks rather than one long presentation. This enabled me to dip in and out of the session as time and new job commitments permitted. The way the information was presented by graphics, clips and presented helped to keep me engaged. Each of the presenters were clear and concise in their delivery, making the course easy to follow.

Too long and partly irrelevant
The latter parts of the module are important and useful, however the earlier ones are borderline ridiculous – the need for adults to be told 'not to leave a cup on the edge of a worktop' or 'don't run when only wearing socks' is unnecessary. This is basic good housekeeping that applies when in the home (and any other setting) regardless of whether it's used as a place of work or not. The suggestion that the home office can be decorated and personalised starts to trivialise health and safety – interior design is up the the individual and it doesn't need a video to tell me I can do this. All staff are very busy but still need this important training so it should be trimmed down to what people need to know. Spending nearly an hour being told about some things that are entirely obvious to people who have lived in houses for at least 16 years isn't a good use of time.
