A common sense useful course.

Some of the content seems quite basic common sense stuff, but still a good memory jog. Interesting to learn who is responsible for what. As I’m not working from home (other than checking emails) at the moment it wasn’t especially relevant. However, I’ve passed on information to my daughter who is currently working from home in my house. I’m also going to check all my smoke alarms now!

Good explanation of procedures

Training procedure good and information to the point

Clear and informative

The course made me aware of some areas I can improve on as well as my rights in case of issues.

Clear, concise information – useful test

Well made video, clear delivery. Graphics made a good mix of 'live' photographic action against drawn backdrop which for the most part didn't interfere with the message. However, the otherwise attractive illustration style made the door (with a potential fire behind it) in the fire safety section look a little too wobbly and ill-fitting. This could be a little distracting to users, distracting them from essential information in the message.

Very insightful and easy to understand

Learnt alot about working from home.

The course was very interesting and I was unaware that the employer was still responsible for a lot of the activity and safety within the employees' workplace at home. I feel a lot safer now I understand the health and safety for homeworkers.
