Covers everything
The course was easy to understand and covered things we might not think of as H&S issues when working at home such as fire, trips, slips and things we consider home stuff not work. Also liked the fact that fire was covered but found the posture tips most useful as I have neck and back problems.
Gave great reflction
Comleting this course enabled me to reflect on my work station, I have already puchased a desk riser, and will consider a new chair when finances allow.
