Well summarized information in quite short course. Additional materials very descriptive and easily understandable.

I found the course easy to follow it was not intense . The presentation was interesting and engaging.

Terminology was helpful on some items and whilst some was known its little snippets that may help.
Constructive and concise
Personally as a manager I took notes on remaining calm in situations and judging scenarios with an open mind and a non bias opinion. Asking more questions instead of assuming or letting things pass instead of confronting them.
