Very good
I found this training very interesting and very helpful. I taught me so many different things.
very useful
I found this training course very useful especially where it provided you with a general overview of why we need to safeguard children when we notice signs of abuse in a child.
Just KCSIE 2022 retyped with links
It seemed to go on forever. Having done a KCSIE course every year for the last few years, it is semi-familiar, which reduces any stimulation or engagement to approximately nil. As presented, it is not exactly rivetting reading. I don't think the "course" is any different from the actual KCSIE Guidance document itself. Someone has simply re-typed the document into your website and added links. When trying to simply read it, without doing something active related to it (eg. making notes), my brain simply glazed over and by the end of the day I hadn't a clue what I had been reading. So I then started making notes – and the whole thing took several days. Why not insert more questions – eg. between screens – to make people's brains work a bit? On a practical note, rather than legal requirements – If you are NOT a designated safeguarding lead, or their deputy, you don't really need to know about which Act of which date said what:
