Nice and simply put for all people to understand.
one size fits all
I would suggest creating at least two versions of this training with a selective criteria based on prior knowledge or education, with user nomination but access to both. One can summarize essential information succinctly with written text, for the more advanced, using bullet points and lists. A more beguinner version might explain a little on infectious disease in general.

A good overview of the issue
A very useful overview of Legionella concentrating on responsibilities of premises owners/employers.
