This course is very insightful.
This course is very insightful, most of the course is common sense for people who are of the older generations and have more experience of life but it's still important for those generations to have important refreshers at time to time because life can move so fast and we have so many different situations happening at the same time that we can at times forget the fundamentals of life and to keep ourselves safe. I think it's absolutely fundamental for the young generations stepping in to the big wide world to be made fully aware how to keep themselves safe and know how to be able to protect themselves. We're not told all the information we need know to know from one source, the more information made available to everybody then all can only benefit from that information.
