A comprehensive basic course covering all the moian areas of personal safety with the lone worker area.
Well spoken and easy to understand videos make the content clear. There are links to extra resources as you go along which are downloadable to your device which i liked. The questions and test are completely relevant to what you have learnt so as long as you are paying attention ( i took a few notes as i went along) you will find this an ok task and nothing to worry about- you can go back and check sections withing the test if you get stuck as well which was helpful- don't panic and read the question and the answers a couple of times (don't do what i did and press the wrong answer without double checking!) Its not an easy subject to talk about but being aware and trusting your gut instinct is your first line of defence!
I work alone most of the time this course has made me aware of the dangers I haven't thought about.
I sure this will help in my normal working days. Thank you.

It has increased my awareness of the safety aspects to consider when working alone both professionally and in my home life too
My awareness has been greatly increased regarding the issues and potential dangers when working alone , whether during working hours or in situations outside work as well ie when travelling / holidays etc. A good in depth course which encourages proactive thinking and planning . Highlights the importance or other people too although working independently . Discourages on my own sufficiency approach which could put us in dangerous situations.
