Lone Worker Safety Training Reviews

This was a useful reminder of the main issues as someone who occasionally works alone. As a Library worker I am required to solo-staff branch libraries as timetabled which leaves everything down to you. While it is good to be in overall charge this involves a lot of complex decisions, something I have struggled with historically. I am clearer about how to read threatening behaviour and the correct course of action to take. Going forward, I will make sure that I know who the Duty Manager is before departing for the branch in case of problems on the day.
