The course makes you think about your vu
I think it is a good idea to think about intervening in a situation and how you could safely do so. Many people are scared to intervene. If more people did lives may be saved.

It was a well presented, relatable and clearly explained presentation. It has helped me to consider my own personal safety more while out and about and when lone working. The ideas on how to defuse situations and manage aggressive/violent behaviour were particularly useful. Thank you.

its 45 minutes long and it could be reduced to 30 minutes as goes over same topics
