Informative and Practical.
Not a lone worker as such but I found the training course very helpful for work and home situations.
Interesting
I had not considered a lot of the issues, but I think given the changes in the working world it should be revamped for Covid. However whats right today is wrong tommorow. Kind Regards Steve
A good reminder
All very sensible and logical advice. Having worked in custodial settings for more than 15 years my conflict resolution skills were always pretty good, but working in isolation as i do in many of LMTs properties I think it is fair to say that there was a tendency for me to be complacent. No more!!

Good overview of lone working
This training gave a very good overview of the risks to employees in a lone worker situation. The additional links to the slides were useful for wider guidance. The was supplementary training to that already covered recently by the Suzy Lamplugh Trust and appreciate the care given to staff to be prepared and stay safe. The course was about the right length for an online session to maintain concentration although breaks were not needed.
