A bit long-winded in places, but I liked the way you are informed that you should take a break, people who have never been in a lone worker job before it was good and very clear.

very good course with many useful pointers to be enable a person to feel less isolated and a little more confident carrying out day to day duties or even when travelling for social meets

Wide range of circumstances included. Good tips on diffusing a situation.
