Liked the pace of the course
Very interesting and a good reminder of what is easy to forget when Lone Working. I thought the short breaks were a great idea, it meant taking the focus away from the course and coming back a few minutes later with a fresh mind.

Quite sobering about potential risks, but full of good practical advice, Kept my interest and made me think.

I found even the common sense parts engaging. Really good touching on many areas would be good to focus on lone home working a bit more?

Good for office staff or sales pers
The course goes into details for keeping yourself safe when travelling on public transport or walking. This course is not relevant for my role as an I & C Engineer where I would be "Lone Working" on remote sites.
