Good overview of lone working

This training gave a very good overview of the risks to employees in a lone worker situation. The additional links to the slides were useful for wider guidance. The was supplementary training to that already covered recently by the Suzy Lamplugh Trust and appreciate the care given to staff to be prepared and stay safe. The course was about the right length for an online session to maintain concentration although breaks were not needed.

ok

Mostly common sense but some areas were useful.

Very practical and relevant

Well structured course with good visuals to (a) reinforce the training and (b) keep the viewer engaged. I find these courses very useful and thought provoking – it's surprising what you brain needs regularly reminding of!

Comprehensive

Sensible approach to a wide subject.

Bit…dark

It was weirdly quite a dark and disturbing course, treating every situation of being alone as one of potential attack, robbery, or assault.

Contains some good points.

I work in a house with no mobile phone signal, no phone, and no Internet. Because of this there is a lot of this course that becomes totally unimplementable. As a side note, if two people have a meeting, and they have both done this training course, which one gets to stand by the door?
