Very good experience for loan working.
A very well organised training course. This is an area which may make some workers apprehensive, if they do not have any backup to turn to for help and support. The course addressed all these issues, without economising on the safety of the staff member, who is venturing into the unknown. It is an area which is of major importance as some people may find it impossible to face up to this type of work.

Thorough and well thought step pattern
A well thought out and presented way of keeping lone workers focused throughout course. Also a great understanding of the mental health aspects associated with lone person working. Both fascinating and well covered throughout the course.
