Necessary training
It's good to be reminded regularly of lone worker safety and the importance of being aware of keeping yourself and others safe and ways to protect yourself and minimise the risk of harm to yourself and others.

Should be at least 4 possible answers to choose from or they can just guess and have a 50 percent chance of of getting the correct answer so not really finding out if they have learned the material.

Although familar and common sense, it was delivered in a clear, concise and engaging manner.
I've done lone working/ personal safety training many times, and understand the importance of not becoming complacent on these subjects, therefore there is a need to revisit this training on the same regularity that we are required to revisit safeguarding training. I was familiar with all the strategies, and requirements for lone working and personal safety, however the section around using the personal safety alarm I found useful, as something which has not been covered before when I have attended this training. I'm going to buy one, and feel all those who lone work should do, too.
