Good course lots of info for loan workin
Enjoyable course and a lot of information for working alone..will be using some of the pointers from this course from now on..

very informative and important
The style of presenting was very direct and at times quite severe but I appreciated by the end how this was necessary to help stay fully aware of the information and its own areas of severity. Unlike other courses it offered breaks for processing (which I took). This is something that may be useful for other courses too that are similarly quite intense
A simplistic course
I’m afraid I found this course rather condescending. I’m not sure if it was designed for adults but it was rather odd.
clear concise
Ive been on other courses on lone workers training but this course was very clear and concise and covered all aspects of lone working it also made you think about risks that wasn't even thought about . Thank you
clear and understandable
The course was broken into relatable sections and although they didn't all apply to my current role they were of interest as overall knowledge and further understanding to be able to support colleagues within the organisation who do. The knowledge checks were useful and the relevant to the end assessment so that I was able to complete in one sitting.

I will feel safer now
This was a very interesting course to complete. I have had a problem at work in the past and it is good to see that I reacted in the correct way even though it is taking me a long time to recover from this incident. I will look at the additional resources as well which I feel may help me further. I am glad I have taken the time to complete this course.
