A lot is common sense but it was useful
A lot is common sense but it was useful as a reminder of what can become forgotten over a long period of carrying out the same work duties. It prompted me to review lone worker risk assessments relating to a certain part of my work duties because circumstances have changed slightly in recent weeks and this needs to be reflected in the risk assessment. So yes – the course served a purpose.
