Bit long-winded course but very good.
Good course that could benefit from more on the safety aspects of home working. Also what happens if people do not have a mobile phone or are working in remote areas that do not have a phone signal?

I found the information clear and concise.
Very comprehensive
The information provided may be largely common sense but having it explained helps me to remember. I also learned some additional things such as what a dynamic risk assessment is, which I think is useful. I also learned about the AWARE assessment when dealing with difficult situations as well as the importance of bystander intervention.
