Comprehensive course with easy to remember segments. Extra links and documents sign posted are very helpful and the checklist will be used if I am ever to lone work.

Patronising and Nanny State (ism)
Only one section was relevant to my job which was how to difuse a situation of conflict. Most of this module was patronising like you were being spoken to by your Mother when you were a little child. "Don't talk to strangers", "Don't except a lift from a stranger", check the weather forecast before you go out, where sensible shoes so you can run away from muggers. I mean come on! this is enough to make one paranoid.
If I wasn't paranoid, then I am now.
TBH 99% was common sense. People react differently to people in various situations. One example: Walk towards traffic flow. Great but what if you are on a one way street? If I wasn't paranoid, then I am now.
