Quite repetitive
The presenter herself admits that a lot of it is common sense, but I guess Mark Twain was right when he said "the problem with common sense is that it's not very common". I think the communicating effectively and defusing attention was the most interesting, but I'm not sure that the people we see with Hope at Home will cause tense situations …
Very thorough
Covers a lot of areas that were useful for both work and personal activities.
excellent in house training not too long
I would recommend this as a cost effective way of reminding both employer and employee of their respective duties re lone working perhaps not quite focused enough on mental health issues possibly affecting lone workers
a good course
This user gave this course a rating of 4/5 stars
Way too long, mostly stating the obious
Way too long, patronising, condescending training, stating the obvious – seems like a box ticking exercise
Good technique to learn
clear easy and understand.
Relevant
Very informative and easy to follow covers all the basic especially the personal safety
Informative
A lot of common sense but good to recap on self care.
too long
No information regarding Security Lone working.
Much too Long
We should be able to take the assessment at the start and if fail them watch the videos, 45 mins is way too long
