Heavy subject
Well constructed module although felt like quite a heavy subject, of course a serious topic with relevant content – just a bit long to get through.
Great top tips on Working safely
Highlighted areas which I hadn't thought of before working and travelling alone. Has made me more aware how I can work alone safely. I felt the top tips on dealing with a difficult customer or showing customers around along in premises were really helpful.
