this seemed a little extreme to me, I don't know what country or part of the UK it is intended for but where I live you don't need to take any where near the precautions that you are suggesting in this course, YET

Makes you think a bit and to be vigilant. My only thought was that at some of our properties no one would hear you scream, poor phone signal too… Locking the day is by far the safest thing and if anyone calls lean out of an upstairs window and don't open the door!!

Interesting

Learnt the Bystander Intervention and the 4 D's – this is useful for at work and in everyday life.

This was a pointless course that largely teaches me how to be an adult using common sense in every day situations. This course should be replaced by a five minute summary.

Good information to keep me safe as a lone worker and what do do in term of any challenges.
