Some were NOT just 1 answer for me.
For Jane Diplock, I found that I could answer Yes/No or A/B or even A/B/C to some questions and NOT just ONE Letter or Figure. Rex Batsford.
Clear, focused and relevant.
Covered all areas that generic training needs to at reasonable depth, providing 'food for thought'. Maybe just a little too long but built in breaks were useful. Presenter was good.
