Very good course

Great insight to managing anxiety and stress

Current, Informative, Helpful

This course is particularly good because it provides reasoning behind our thoughts and feeling, how to measure our responses and prepare/deal with everyday situations we are faced with. I think this is valuable training especially post pandemic as many are struggling with anxiety at high levels as a result.

Great reminder

The course was a good reminder of the need to manage anxiety in all sorts of situations and just the sheer impact that the pandemic has had on our feelings about whether we can cope with existing and new stresses. Would recommend to anyone who is experiencing anxiety, knows someone who is or just wants a refresher on coping strategies.
