I found the manual handling course very useful and informative it helped me understand the correct techniques for lifiting carrying and moving items safely as well as how to reduce the risk of injury. The practical examples and clear explanations made the training easy to understand and i feel more cofident applying what l learned in the workplace. Overall it was a valuable and worthwhile course .
