Good Training But Be Aware Of Trick Questions
The training itself was very well explained in the videos and was relatable. The only downside was that when I completed the quiz I felt like one of the questions had misleading answers. If you read the question aloud the right answer didn't even complete the sentence, which was why I didn't choose it and was therefor marked down for what I feel was poor wording.
Quite thorough
Seemed to cover everything re safety and care for both the individual and company.

Great graphics and demonstrations
The team use high quality graphics [including a satsuma] to demonstrate medical issues to great effect. The additional recourses are useful too.
I am an amputee so not very relevant to me

The nanny state has gone mad
This test was patronising in the extreme, with the only beneficiary the makers of the 'test'. I hated it!!!
It was all good 👍
Little hard trying to log on could be made easier
A clear, informative and easy to follow interactive video presentation that provides key issues and emphasis on personal responsibility to avoid injury whilst manual handling operations.
I found your manual handling video presentation very comfortable to watch and follow. I was left with absolutely no doubt that this presentation set out from the start to provide essential information so that the watcher could fully understand the importance of proper manual handling with subtle reminders of how easy injury is caused and how it can be avoided. The video moved at a nice pace and is punctuated with very clear demonstrations on how to put the theory into practice. For me, this presentation talks directly to the watcher with pinpoint focus on giving as much information as possible to help the watcher avoid injury or harm.
I thought it was a useful short courser [thumbs up!].

Good
The course may appear basic, but it is really important to understand how to manage manual handling in your daily life in order to avoid injury in any situation.
