The demonstration of the lifts should be corrected
The strongest muscles are hips and hip hinge is what should be used when dealing with high loads. Staggering the legs during a lift is nonsense and dangerous. Exposing oneself to ackward angles is beneficial when scaled down and trained progressively. Just using the aligned structure weakens the stabiliser muscles and opens people to imbalances and injury. Pushing is simply NOT more stable than pulling.
