Great and super easy to use
The course was clear and well presented
Q19 made no sense. My answer was correct for that question. Q19" You should do a practice run of the route you'll be taking to double check….." Correct answer "all of the above". My answer "that there's good lighting and that the floors aren't obstructed, uneven or wet". Quite frustrating and I'm sure a similar thing has happened before.

Easy to understand training that gives you insight into manual handling the importance of it and how to apply it to everyday activities both at work and at home
Reduce number of individual videos.
Possibly make it more engaging, and combine some of the videos to save time.
More Efficient way of explanation
I find this as the best way to get trained to do the manual handling. Easy to capture the ideas and easy to recognize.
