I found this course very good, very informative and very helpful if unsure on areas you can go back over any slides to refresh your memory.
Unrealistic for anything outside an office environment
I'm sure you've heard this before – but I'd like to invite your two demonstrators to come and move the machines we have to lift and carry (up and down fire escapes etc.) 106 -140kg.
