Concise and accessible
I've been doing manual handling for quite some time, and while most of it is common sense, this was a a very useful summary and recap that has encouraged me to be more strict with myself and others on site regarding how these tasks are undertaken. People like myself who to these kind of tasks long-term can easily get complacent; this training has helped to prevent that.
