good introductory summary
Last time I did this the training the task assessment wasn't called "LITE" and I liked the acronym. A good refresher.
Common sense!
I will be honest – I appreciate the opportunity to learn about how to lift safely – we often do a group collection of heavy deliveries and the reminder of lifting from the knees was a helpful reminder. However, I found the course to be quite patronising and was a bit "obvious" and cringy. Sorry! Thank you for asking though :-)
