Easy to follow course covering all aspects of manual handling.

The course content was very well balanced. The visual aids helped reinforce my knowledge of the the risks associated with manual handling and refocus my mind on the task of manual holding.
A really useful course for anyone workin
Very informative nicely presented and enjoyable to take part in. Lots of pictures and video clips made it more interesting.
