A good course covering key points and not to many abbreviations to confuse people. Covered key points only without rambling on with info that isn't necessary.

Covers all the points of manual handling in easy to follow and precise steps
It is very useful to us during our work.
We should keep LITE assessment and golden rules when we are doing our manual work.
