A very accessible course with clear visual aids to help remember mindful manual handling. I have back issues and there were aspects of this training which will be indispensable.

This short course was right to the point. Comfortable completing it on line. The time wasn't long. the video was very explanatory. Suitable for all levels. Is the course to be refreshed yearly?
